Quality Coordinator



Support Geocycle quality program at assigned plant.



  • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Manage routine daily operation of the pre-processing facility in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
  • Responsible for daily/routine operation of the quality program at Geocycle St Genevieve.
  • Responsible for accurate analysis, evaluation, and handling of materials received at the pre-processing platform.
  • Responsible for site management of fuel unloading and transfer station; including, material receiving and load documentation, inventory tracking, delivery orders, environmental and safety compliance, and routine repairs. Coordinate and complete calibration and repairs of analytical equipment to maintain functionality and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with permitted requirements at all times.
  • Coordinate efforts between Geocycle and plant.
  • Coordinates the QA/QC program with the Corporate QA/QC Manager.
  • Ensuring transfer of samples to the Holly Hill laboratory, validating laboratory results, and analyzing output from laboratory equipment.
  • Selection and scheduling of materials to be processed and blended into fuel based on analytical results, current inventories, and plant specifications.
  • Maintain adherence to AFR policy, A-Cert, ISO, and OSHAS certifications.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring optimum utilization of space, and proper inventory rotation based on ?first in/first out? principle.
  • Support plant quality team.


Interact with team members on a regular basis to gather or communicated information, solve problems and meet deadlines.? Work with sales and customers to meet their needs and communicate our position.?



Required Education:? Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree

Field of Study Preferred:? Engineering or Sciences

Required Training/Certifications:? Experience in an environmental or industrial lab or fuel processing plant. Familiar with operation of equipment such as forklifts and loaders.????

Required Work Experience:?? 1-2 years


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
